College players we have been specifically linked to at various Scouting events:

Senior Bowl:
Sedrick Ellis
Trevor Laws

Watched the Senior Bowl Practice recap on NFL Network and the showed Fox sitting there in the stands. I don't remember him going there in the past. Is this new? Maybe this is what Richardson meant when he said Fox and Hurney would be busy.
By the way Laws plays a lot like Ellis does. High motor and can get some penetration. At least from what I've seen so far.
Also according the NFLDraftCountdown.com.:

Andre Fluellen Dorien Bryant Matt Forte

per Pro Football Experts on Scout.com:

Kellen Davis - TE - Michigan State
Barry Richardson - OT - Clemson
Chris Johnson - RB - East Carolina
Tashard Choice - RB - Georgia Tech
Matt Forte - RB - Tulane
Titus Brown - OLB - Mississippi State

These are the players we have reportedly had interest in from the past two days at the Senior Bowl Practice.

interest in players is always good. Rumors they like someone isn't necessarily better - but remember, there were rumors about Beason. That they talked to Xavier Dickwater at his pro day isn't as interesting.
I'm sure we'll hear a lot of interest in, for instance, young QBs and LBs, where for instance we have the youth at QB I feel we should have, and the absolute last thing we need is another young LB (we drafted 5 in 3 years, though they always seem to draft a lineman and a LB every year).

FWIW, Fox has always gone, and Hurney should be there too. I think this is one of the reasons we waited on Henning (?). It's a good place to coach network, so who knows what'll happen there.

After listening to a couple of the Senior Bowl practice recaps on the NFL network and Sirius NFL radio, I'm starting to have some interest in Oniel Cousins (OL, UTEP). He's trying to be a tackle, but most of the analysts I've heard (including OL coach Jim Sweeney) agree his best position is guard. And from what I can tell, he'd make one hellacious guard.

Anyone have any thoughts?

Wish they televised more UNM games-they used to show them all on local TV but I have no idea what happened to that- I might actually have some useful info about a prospect.

He didn't stand out much to me at the senior bowl. I was more interested in Andre Caldwell.
