Pete needs to be an 02 Gruden building out a good team. In San Diego or Buffalo he's cooking but those teams already have good coaches.

Vegas is turbo fucked. Gruden was halfway through his rebuild (with his trademark shitty drafting) Mcdaniels brought his locker room poison (and shitty drafting) then Pierce was in way over his head (again). Pete has the attitude but that team was basically an expansion team with Crosby the one good player in the expansion draft.

I remember when the bucs were falling apart in 03 Jimmy Johnson said when you win a ring everyone* thinks they were the most important piece and wants respect/money and juggling that is really hard. Lombardi has basically kept that attitude his whole career. We won in SF because I drove people to the airport.
