    I'll see if I can find time to dig through the stack of Mens Health mags I have. I am almost 99% sure that is where I read it. Like you, I was surprised to read it too, but I trust Mens Health so I believed it.

    there are some sneaky ones that regenerate, even after adaware kills them.

    i think it helps if you clear out your temp files, too.

    Like Boo said, you just have to read the carb count on it. I use Ranch and it's only 2 grams per tblsp I believe. Stick with the real stuff though. The fat free kinds tend to have more carbs in it!

    My wife printed out the whole list of do's and don't from the web site, makes it easier. Also watch the sugars in the dressings as well.

    Good Seasons Italian Salad dressing has vitually no carbs and Michelob Ultra has just over 2 gms of carbs.

    ...are you still doing Atkins? You told me last weekend of a good 'maple' syrup made with Splenda, but I can't remember which one it was?
