    First, on the Carolina front, we can report that the Panthers have at least done some exploratory work on A.J. Feeley. Not saying yet they’re going to sign him because the Eagles also are interested, but his name’s on the list for now. Also, the concern with Carolina backup quarterback Josh McCown is more with his injured foot than with his knee. He’s being examined by Dr. Robert Anderson, who is part of the Panthers’ medical staff and is known as one of the nation’s top foot specialists.

    Eagles are always interested in him, and he always sits the bench there. He's not a real threat to Delhomme. THey need to get more serious if they are going to sign another QB.

    lots Eagles connections here today. Feeley is decent, came in for an injured McNabb back in '02, i believe, and took them all the way to the NFC Championship game. McNabb then re-took his role at the helm and threw a few ints. vs Tampa. we all know the rest. Feeley had a pretty good game for the Eagles two years ago, against an undefeated Patriots team, but threw a late pick to seal their fate.
