Yeah they appear to be serious about giving Bersin a chance to win one of the top 4 spots. Because that's what happens when you have a strong WR corps. A ceremonial camp body ends up making your team.

 

How shitty must Underwood being playing right now? I've heard the reports but holy hell.

 

So he's a white Avant. That's exciting.

 

I've heard Underwood can't catch anything and not just because of Cam's bad throws. Needs to go stay with Wesley Walls and use his jugs machine.

 

I watched Cam's presser and mentioned every receiver except Underwood. Whether that's intentional or not, it's pretty ominous for his roster chances. You have to be looking extraordinarly bad to be the forgotten man in this group.

I expect the preseason games to restore some sense or order though. Armanti was getting 1st team looks last August.

 

Bersin currently is ahead of free agent acquisition Tiquan Underwood and several young receivers, including Tavarres King, Marvin McNutt and Keolaha Pilares. The Panthers said they wanted to get a good look at those three when they released all-time leading receiver Steve Smith.

Underwood does have bad hands, which is why he was never a realistic option to start. That said, he's the only one in the group with legitimate speed so he has to fill the Ginn role or no one will and teams can play nine in the box.

 

Tavarres King has deep speed.....

 

Shula and Riverboat probably panic and end up riding Cam with the read option.
