their defense is good, but i dont think i'd be throwing around that stat given the competition and circumstances theyve faced so far. the g-men will be the best offense theyve seen in the playoffs.

The Giants are the 16th rated offense in the league. Jax was 7th, so I guess this is where I (along with the entire NFL) will go ahead and disagree with you.

San Diego started 5-5 and won 8 in a row and coming into NE was the only team in the league that had a better record than the Patriots in the 8 weeks leading up to the afc championship game. So I think they were pretty hot.

New York winning would be a huge upset but do not count them out. They have a complete team. Eli is playing the best of his career. Burris is as good as anyone in the league. Toomer is a solid compliment and Boss may be better than Shockey. Jacobs and Bradshaw give them a nice one two punch in the running game. They can wear you down with those two. On defense they have as good a pass rush as anyone in the league and can get pressure without blitzing. They have some decent linebackers and a solid secondary. They also have a good return game. If the Giants bring their A game then it will be a dog fight.

I don't know...they brought their A game a few weeks back, at home, while the Patriots were sleep walking through the 1st 3 quarters.

I guess you missed the part where SD was missing their RB and their QB was playing hurt...and in regards to Jacksonville, Garrard is young and inexperienced, which showed in that game, Eli is playing much better

Tom Coughlin, i still hold a grudge from those Jax days.

But i like alot of their players and to be honest despite already losing just 3 or so weeks ago they probably have the best chance of anyone that was in the playoffs to actually beat the Pats. They've got the players to bring pressure on Brady and they can control the clock. I love their running game, Jacobs, Bradshaw, Ward, all of them. Hopefully Manning, Burris and Boss can continue their fine form so they can actually compete because i really dont see anyone but the Pats lifting the trophy.

Ive pulled for them to lose every game this year and i just dont see this next game being any different. I hope the Giants win but they already choked on a 12 point lead at home. Now its going to be the biggest game of their careers and the Pats have proven time and time again they know how to handle pressure. It makes me sick to say it but there you have it.
