I really don't see how they get Houston to do anything, Chicago could not make them budge, but then again, Chicago was not going to take a QB. So if Houston is ok with either Young or Stroud, they will sit at 2.

 

Remember when Chicago traded up to get trubiske? If I remember right the team they with wasn't going to draft a qb anyway. Who knows

 

Yep, that is the whole rumor that is going around now, that Houston was in love with Young and might have to move up 1 to get him. If Stroud is our guy and we get a 2nd rounder back, then this is quite a good move. Trading pick 61 for early 2nd rounder would be really great

 

I remember the looks on the in house Bears fans when the camera showed them. LOL

I hope it's Stroud we moved up for.

Like many of you Bryce Young worries me with his size, though Kyler Murray has been pretty good and is a similar size.

 

Murray is much thicker and he's already running into injuries.

 

Let's just take stroud and resign our offensive line FA and Foreman

 

Now that we're down this rabbit hole, there's a part of me that wants to squeeze the trigger on Richardson. Just embrace the Bull Ratio and be the NFL's triple option team.

I hope carolina brass can keep up the mystery for another 5 weeks. I'm starting to get into this a little. Even if they do stay at #1 (likely) they get either a mini-mahomes or a cousins/tannehill which could get carolina into the playoff this season.
