    Say what?

    If you're asking about server OS's it depends on what you do. In general most places use a Windows Domain. With them you could use Windows Server 2008 or 2003 or even furth back to 2000 if you choose, but those come in different flavors such as Standard, Enterprise, Datacenter, etc.

    You can also go UNIX or Linux based. Like I said. Really depends on what you wanna do, and there are even more alternatives other than those.
