    Unfortunately, he is correct.

You could see from the upper deck the uninspired defense on the first drive, NO pushed us all over the damn field and our D didnt even look like they gave a shit.

When we kicked the FG to tie, I knew a minute left with two TO's would be to much for our D to handle. Why did I know this? I watched the same thing in the Super Bowl and the same thing countless times the last two years.

This was a very unispiring production by the Panthers in their opening game at home and frankly has me a little uninspired about this teams chances this year. Starting 0-2 on the season with both being home losses will be tough to recover from.

I think that enforcement of the no hold the WR all the way down the field rule really hurt him. His 2 great games were when he was outmuscling weak WRs. He got torn up in the Super Bowl.

I was thinking the same thing about him.

I didn't see the holding calls. But I thought they were right on the controversial calls. So yes, I thought they were decent.

We who are angry must be careful, lest we get accused of giving up on our team, like I am all the time for getting pissed. But its hard to stay inspired FOR the team when you see gutless play. It really is. And Im mad about it, have been for years, said it during our SUPERBOWL season, that we were a vastly different defense, and that we werent playing hard enough, and got yelled at plenty for it. But damn....Trgo plays read and react. I hate that shit. Every defense reads and reacts, but when you sit back and and dont attack, and you play reactionary defense, youre letting the O tell you how the game will be played. Fuck it, lets give em hell, and if they score, they score.

Del Rio's big problem was letting teams come back....our D had problems with late drives, and partially because we got softer late....its almost the same damn thing now, only we do it every third down. Why do we get so scared and play prevent on third downs? Jesus....I just dont understand it.

I like Trgo, only not as a DC. I was devistated when he was promoted, because we did it to reward him for his wonderful job he did with the DL. FUck that. In hindsight, I wonder if Perry wouldve been better. He knows corners hate being left to cover for long periods of time....wonder if he wouldve kept the aggressive nature intact....but hell, Trgo got it, and now I wish we'd RIchard Williamson his ass....

Let us know when your responses get any better, you know the one other than we "raped" your team. Now that is some nice class. :77321_bs:

he got his arm up under his chin on both plays. what are the rules there on holding?

i appreciated us getting the call for jake getting hit in the head but i think that new rule is gonna make me sick all season long.

What's crazy is Ramsey got clotheslined and tee bagged to the ground, knocked out with a concussion, and no flag. No fucking consistency whatsoever. They flag some teams for bitch tapping the QB on the helmet, and Ramsey gets his face ripped off and the bitches look the other way. I hate the damn zebras.

    >> cronwell, , looked like gonzalez, winslow,

beg to differ. he looked to me like a a blocking tight end that we decided to not cover.
