Why do so many people here hate Atlanta?

Don't get me wrong, I'm not a fan of the Falcons. I've never really hated a pro team (except Philly) because you never see the other teams fans like you do in college sports. Everyday I see a UNC fan and they never fail to talk shit and the same goes for me. But the overall sentiment here at TBR is an overwhelming hatred for Mora, Vick, and the Falcons.


I agree, Vick is overrated, but I don't hate the guy. And I like Mora Jr's personality... I can see his dad in him.

 

I cant even go there. If you dont know you never will. It goes far beyond the ass whippings theyve handed us. It goes beyond the game. When Chuck Smith came here, he touched on the hatred. They play dirty games against us, and theyve done it way before Gibbs brought his scheme. WE have too, of course, in particular when Les Miller and Mike Fox were blasting Geoerge after the whistle and yucking up about it.


Its the things theyve said about us. Its the things theyve done. Its the media, their media and how theyve laughed at us, its how their players treated us.

Dude.....this is bitter shit.

As for the Philly fans, I think they get a bad rap. Everyone "hates" them, but theyre good fans for the most part.

Mora to me doesnt act like his father at all. Hes a spoiled little bitch, and his dad wasnt like that. His dad could coach, too, btw.

FWIW, I hated Mora Jr. way before he came here, or before he interviewed here, but while I wouldn't wish him to die from it, I wouldn't mind him sitting on some sort of pitchfork and it being permanently installed.

 

EXCELLENT point about Mora Jr., and you really hit it on the head, bro. He is such a fanboy of his quarterback. Thats shameful in this league, but he acts like a little boy around Vick, and lets that little shit with a child's mentality run that ship.

 

Besides the whole playing for the Falcons part I like Mike Vick. I'd rather watch him play then any other player individual player in the league. That and I think I hate the Bucs like 100x more than I do the Falcons. Alot of people on here complain about ESPN's obsession of Vick but don't mind beating to death how much he "sucks" or is "overrated". Only thing I hated about them was the fact they owned the Panthers up until this past Sunday.

Vick is fun to watch, but I can't stand him as an individual because he's so narcissistic and completely deluded about his place in the overall QB hierarchy. But yeah, the Falcons regularly play dirty, and Mora Jr is the fakest piece of shit on the planet. I have nothing at all against Mora Sr, but Jr is one of those back-stabbing pricks who uses people and will say one thing to a person's face and the exact opposite behind their backs. I couldn't stand them before we started losing to them every year, and I'll still hate them long after we continue dominating them.
