    You always hear that there's no cap on coaches but that rarely applies to assistants.

    "Nowadays, an average coach earns about 6 million dollars, and an assistant coach’s salary is around 400,000 dollars per season"

    An average joe could probably do a Switzer if they let you pay the assistants enough.
