Who can resize animated gifs to avatar size?

Got one I'd like to try out, but I'm no good at animation. The board says it's too big, but I'd like it as big as it can be.

as far as i know fed govt is hiring

but that is if you care to work for them...

'course you will be overworked, underpaid, and unappreciated! but some people stick with it, tough it out cuz they want to be bought out soon... 'course the friggen lump sum you get is nothing after taxes...and ok...wait a sec...do i sound bitter?

go to the nearest federal building and check out some openings, bud. then again, you might not only be unemployed, you are probably self-enjoyed also. cheers!

Yeah...I'm unemployed. I'm still in school...going to graduate this May 02. I've sent out my resume to about 20 different companies so far.
