I think most of these things are non-sense. He's probably a smart guy and talked about doing some things outside football to show he's a well rounded dude and people are blowing it out of proportion. I wouldn't hesitate to draft him. Or Clady.

I would if I thought he had the chance to become a Steve Hutchinson or Larry Allen. As far as Chris Williams the things that worry me about him are I don't think he has always shown a willingness to block down field and the fact he has 0 muscle tone makes me question his work ethic

Maybe so but you will find it hard to find any who did less bench reps this year.

Heh, we have one at RT, we'd have bookend doughboys. On the bright side, he's probably not on the HGH.

Speaking of taking a guard that high, picks 1-6, last five years: 8 of 30 slots were filled by linemen. This year, possibly all six and decent odds that five of the first six picks will be linemen. Highly doubtful there will be less than four taken.

Those first five/six defensive players are pulling people up in their wake too, otherwise a guy like Albert or Williams or the DEs that could go top 15 or better wouldn't sniff getting picked that high. This isn't really setting up well for us.
