    you don't draft a guard at 13.

The worst thing is you can sell this on "versatility" when we really just need "a really fucking good tackle".

I've read it 2 or 3 places, and all written by different people. Basically questioning whether or not he loves the game. To me, it removes him from consideration.

    Kirwan said it:

    http://www.nfl.com/draft/story?id=09000d5d807bafd0&template=with-video&confirm=true

Can't find anything else right now, but I've read it elsewhere. I dunno if it's all culled from Kirwan, or if it's independent sources.

I doubt football is the number 1 priority of any player in the league.

Before he started rising up every body's boards, I was saying that Albert will be the best O-lineman in this draft, and I still believe it. IMO, he has the best combination of size, athleticism, football intelligence, and nastiness of all the prospects, and he has great feet, which is the most important thing for a LT as far as I'm concerned.

BTW, it was the film of him playing those two games at LT that caused teams to rate him higher...he moved out there and didn't miss a beat.

that's it? A line that says "football may not be the most important thing"?
I'll read into him more and see, but what's this again?

That's not it, that's all I found today.

We should start another heart and desire argument. I'll go first:

Chris Williams has no heart. We should draft Mendenhall.

One could say a lot of the same things were said about Peppers, only on a much grander scale...and look how that turned out.

    Wait......er.

In all seriousness though, yeah, Ive read two sources say that. I was taken aback by it, and I just dont believe that. He's mellow maybe, but Ive seen no one thing or person pinpoint why thats being said. He allowed two sacks in his playing career in the SEC, I think---Im pretty sure about that, but not 100%---but I read what his team said about him. Leader, super smart, made the calls.

The guy has only begun to tap his potential too.

All this...who knows? Its speculative anyway. I read also where Harvey was going to be a big bust, because he doesnt have the desire and intensity to compete on every down. The same source said Hardy, WR from Indiana, was going to be a bust too, and on another section, said he's a guy to take a risk on because he's going to be a boom. I mean...wtf, man.

Im fine with either Williams or Harvey. If we trade up, Im cool with drafting Ellis, or another elite player. I think all guys mentioned are going to be good pros. Personally, I think Otah has a hellof a lot more bust potential than Williams, but....
