What should be the measurement?

    Guys I would like to know about drinking water. How much water should a fit and healthy man can drink. Is there any limit?

    8 gallons of room temp water should suffice in 24hr period

    Don't drink 8 gallons of water. Eight 8oz glasses spread throughout the day is enough. Also, evaluate your urine color. Yellow to darker urine indicates dehydration, thus, a need for more water.

    You can easily drink upto 5-7 litres per day. This is very usual and no side effect.
