    but they did that vs. a pretty average Indy defense, and managed a handful of field goals.

    Fwiw, I don't think Frerotte makes them much worse. I just don't believe it's much of an alternative. If they win it will be because of AP and the defense.

    makes me thankful we dont have a bunch of guys posting how gus frerotte is gonna come in and save the day for us....the same guy that gave himself a concussion-didnt he attempt a pass left handed once when he played for the bungals

    Like previous games we've lost against back-ups, it really came down to the QB being adequate, their defense playing great and our offense sucking cowdick.
