    Not at all saying there aren't problems, but there's 17 weeks in a season and 13 more chances. At least we can't go 1-15.:victoryg:

    about a half dozen plays away from 0-3 or 1-2 is i think everyones point. we havent looked very good in any game yet, and that is worrisome.

    About a half a dozen? Man, that's milking it. About a half a dozen plays and the Cowboys could be 0-3 and the Chargers could be 3-0. You could even say about half a half a dozen and that would be the case.

    How about half a play (jake gets hit and holds on to the ball) and we could be 3-0?

    the cowboys are avg'ing 32 points a game and giving up 21 and one of those games was against a team many consider one of the top 3 teams in the NFL.

    Every team in the league is half a dozen plays from being 0-3 or 1-2, and half a dozen plays from being 3-0 or 2-1. That's the game.

    About a month ago, if I had told anybody here that we'd be 2-1 after losing Smitty for two games there's not a person here that would have been disappointed with it.

    i'm not disappointed with our record and i'll take any win we can get. i guess we'll find out over the next 13 games if we are legit or not, but i dont think playing like we have we'll be happy at the end of the season.

    and youre right, a couple of plays can decide a game but i wouldnt like our odds against SD in that situation 9 times out of 10, there was a lot of luck at the end of that game.

    I understand the disappointment with 2-1 to an extent. It's the fact that people are acting like thay are 0-3. If a team can play poorly and still win, that's he sign of a pretty good team.
    No I haven't been particularly impressed, but this has never been a clean and neat ball team. Beats the hell out of looking good and losing.

    after 3 games i'd rather be looking good than anything else...the wins will come if you are a good team.
