    there's a situation I'd avoid...a disastrous offense with no real weapons and having fired the last OC unceremoniously in preseason

    If I am the Colts I keep Peyton happy. If he wants Weis then fine but if not then screw that.

    I would like to see Weis here cause he is probably an upgrade on Davidson but until we find a good QB it will not make much difference. I look for him to go back to the Pats.

    If he ever wants to get another HC gig, even in the NFL, I don't think New England is the place to do it they've already proven they can make it work without him. It's not like the management (assuming Hurney/Fox stay) here have shown they won't spend big to meet the demands of a coach, so I don't get why he would avoid us for not having a QB.
