    A putrid 7-9 last week. And that was even with my Miami upset pick coming through. Had that gone sour I'd been even worse.


    Baltimore at Tennessee- Titans.

    The moveable object beats the resistable force. Wright will have to go on the road and win.


    Buffalo at Tampa Bay -Bucs

    Losman was quietly efficient and the Bills ran well. I like Caddy more though. Tampa may be tough.

    Detroit at Chicago -Lions

    Orton and Co can't keep up with the Williamses.

    Jacksonville at Indianapolis -Colts

    Too big a game for the Colts.

    Minnesota at Cincinnati -Vikings

    I don't think Marvin quite has Cinci's defense up to snuff. And I don't think Donte will have two straight bad games.

    New England at Carolina -Pats

    I just think we have too many issues right now to stay with the world champs.

    Pittsburgh at Houston -Steelers

    Pitts line is so strong, I think BigVito could get 100 yards. Might take him a while longer without a buffet, though.

    San Francisco at Philadelphia -Eagles

    They can start Detmer and beat the 9ers. San Fran beat the Rams on special teams and forcing FGs. Won't happen against a better coach.


    Atlanta at Seattle -Falcons

    Seattle's defense is a mess.

    St. Louis at Arizona -Cardinals

    The Cards have a better D than they showed last week, and better ST. The Rams don't.

    Cleveland at Green Bay -Packers

    Favre gets healthy vs the worst team in the league.

    Miami at N.Y. Jets -Jets

    Must win for Jets after last weeks debacle.

    San Diego at Denver -Chargers

    Bad ju-ju in Denver. Just bad.

    Kansas City at Oakland -Cheifs

    KC is for real, IMO.

    N.Y. Giants at(sort of) New Orleans -Giants

    Coughlin will make sure the Giants are prepared. The Saints will make mistakes, and this time the other guys won't let them get away with it.

    Washington at Dallas -Boys

    Skins just aren't very good.
