    What should I look for in a wedding photographer?


    I'm seeing where I have to pay for each photograph I want as well. Is this the norm for wedding photos? You pay for their services but they sell you everything they take?

    Request buying the CD or DVD. It'll cost ya a shitload, but with it they give you a written copyright notice that says you have rights to all pictures. That way you can print whatever you want, whenever you want from like Walgreen's or Walmart.

    As far as what type of photographer, the best thing to do is go look at their samples and see who you like best for the price.

    when i shoot weddings, i just give the couple all the jpegs. but that's just me. i shoot weddings just for friends now, though. or, if a friend needs a second shooter, i'll help them out.
