I'd be cool with Ginn, for a 5th or 6th.....next year! Dont give up anything this year, these picks are worth their weight in gold.

In the end, if we just brought Moose back, I'd be OK. Wright does change things a good bit as to who we can activate, and Smitty has certainly drawn a line on what we should do (i.e., not Moose), but we were fine at the end of the year without a 4.35 guy.

I don't think Smitty was necessarily saying he doesn't want Moose back. More than anything it was an indictment on the younger WR's. He is right on some levels that we do need someone who can stretch the field. Their decision to not bring Moose back is basically giving Jarrett and presumably a rookie the possibility to get more PT and opportunity to develop.

Well according to Steve Reed, Moose told him he isnt coming back to Carolina. He should just hang it up, I dont think there's another team that's interested in him.

He is basically done anyway. He might land somewhere in a reserve role but his days as a starter are over. If he had not left for the Bears I would be all about keeping him this year so he could finish as a Panther but he already messed that up.
