    From the Observer Article: Keeping some drills off the tube

    No details on what his situation is or why this occurred. It's hard to imagine giving up on a chance at playing in the NFL after only one day, but again, there's no information as to what his reasons were. Since he was only a college free agent, I doubt it'll get much print.

    For what it's worth, we now have an open spot to sign someone else.

    damn...maybe it's personal, like a family member or someone close fell ill


    that, or he observed the talent we have in the Secondary this year realized there's no fucking way he makes THIS team

    My guess is he just didn't want to play football. I don't think quitting like that is going to get him any other offers.

    Some of the pre-draft writeups on him were good, but he was an extreme long shot to make the team.

    They might sign somebody else for his spot, but anybody they pick up at this point is probably just camp fodder, same as this guy was.
