    We ain't the Colts, either.

Why the fuck is that oline so terrible? Shit. Maser?

No one has mentioned Maser. Let's blame him. Anybody got his email? maybe [email protected]

    Dear Mike,

I was just wondering, why does the offensive line suck monkey balls this year? Lack of roids? Seems we have spent a lot of money to try and get this problem corrected. Could the problem be coaching? Try telling them not to suck monkey balls.

team keeps up a total at the end of each year, for defensive players, but obviously nothing that I know of uses it for defensive players or offensive players during the season - maybe stats, inc which is a pay thing last I checked. Football outsiders? I didn't see it when I checked them out that time.

Actually Im with you a little bit on this one. A little.

The score should've finished 3-3 at the end of the fourth. Jake was not getting hilled when he threw the INTs in the opening of the game. That was more Jake being Jake. Inconsistent as hell. Still having trouble with fundamentals, and still not looking anyone off the receivers.

So it should've been more of a defensive battle. But the thing is, fluke? I dunno. Maybe if it was a score of 45-3, Id say yeah. But it was 13-3, and it was because Jake was horrible, and the OL was horrible. THose things have been problems all year. So Im with ya on the we might be THAT bad thing, but I cant be down with the fluke thing. Jake's been like this all year. THe OL hasnt stunk this bad, but we got exposed to a degree today, in the fact that Henning refuses to adjust if a certain player is being exploited. All a defense has to do is keep keying in on that weak point, because we will refuse to address it.

We also lost to a Texans team quarterbacked by Tony Banks. Then late in the season we had an ugly three game losing streak and everyone acted like the sky was falling.

Critics will say we were exposed. Supporters say we hit a speed bump. Who's right? Ask me again in about six weeks.

A true sign of desperation is when one scorned looks for anything. ANYTHING. Even pointing out the slightest type-o. I dont think youre really laughing as much as you write, homes. I think I made you mad, or embarrassed you, because now I have a type-o hunter. I type fairly fast, and NEVER dbl check my posts, which is probably unwise, so youre bound to find some gross misspellings here or there. Keep checking, and it does tickle me a bit knowing that youre hunting for anything you can find. A woman scorned is a dangerous thing.

Lol....to point out HILLING? Youre one mad bitch.

looked pretty bad though. it's as infuriating as the miami game. i can almost give a pass on new orleans. but this was a poor showing. i guess it being the 10th game in some ways blunts the catastrophe. imagine if this game was right after miami. so...blip on the radar screen...or on the other hand, have they not gotten any better than the team that looked like steaming dog poop in week 3?

This game most closely reminds me of the loss to Dallas in 2003.

Dallas was the #1 defense in the league at the time, and we looked awful from start to finish. What depressed me most about that game was that we got riddled by an offense that was being directed by Quincy Carter, who I absolutely, positively knew was nowhere near as good as we made him look.

We avenged that loss in the playoffs. I'd love to repeat that scenario this year.
