    I had the same problem until I kept buying cases of bottled water... something about opening a bottle water that I paid as much as you would pay for a soft drink makes me drink it all.

    Someone once told me too... next time you are tired 2-3pm, try slamming an ice cold bottle of water (3-5 minutes). Almost instantly you will feel better - it works for me.

    atkins specifically states no artificial sweeteners except sucralose. aspartame is bad shit if you od. nerve problems up the wazoo

    its a real strict diet, sounds like its for people that dont excersise. Crystal Light is fine if you dont drink a ton of it. Im on the Bill Phillips diet, hes the founder of EAS. His diet is easy and fun.
