    If it can be captured on screen, it can be put into a hidden form field. And a serious XML form developer could pass it back to the server without ever refreshing the screen. For all intents and purposes, the line between client and server is nonexistent.

    I got a pop up asking me if I wanted to allow it to copy text from my clipboard. It also said it works with IE & Netscape.

    It's a security setting...
    IE, Tools, Internet Options, Security, Internet Zone, Custom Level, scroll down to "allow paste operations via script"
