    Local news here in winston does not confirm it and says it could fall apart. Arkansas had the same deal in place with Tommy Bowden of Clemson on Monday night and were set to agree on money and they were gonna pay him enough for a buyout at clemson. It fell apart and he agreed to an extension at clemson. The same could happen here or grobe could change his mind.He's under contract through 2016

    that sucks for the ACC and really sucks for Wake if true.

    It's good for the ACC to have a coach of that caliber - and for Wake, well that's like a high school dropout car mechanic being married to a supermodel. But it was only a matter of time before the right school offered him enough money.

    No knock on Wake but Grobe is way to good to coach a school like Wake. Without him they'll likely return to mediocrity. And being a Carolina fan I know mediocre football.
