    I agree about Grobe. Nebraska should have chased him instead of Callahan.

    But that schedule says 4-7 to me. 5-6 tops.

    Not meant in a mean way, but... SO? I mean I'm glad he got to play there, but that doesn't mean we all have to not express our feelings about Wake.

    Hey, the only real reason I give a shit about Wake is that they're the team I use in NCAA football by EA Sports. Well, that's not the only reason, but their uniforms are cool too. :laugh1:

    Just kiding about not ratting on Wake. My son played there. My best friend in HS played for the Heels, I dated a girl from Duke and I went to State. Everybodies school is fair game. I don't get up tight over that crap, but I do pull for State first and Wake a close second.

    I spoke to Coach Grobe at the winter clinic in Greensboro. He told me that the toughest obstacle that they have to continually face is the lack of blue chip players via recruitment. It's not that prospects don't want to go to Wake, it's just that they do not have the acadmeics to get in. With that in mind, the can't hang with the FSU's, Miami's, et al.
    Coach Grobe is the best coach in the ACC hands down IMO. He's has done well with substantially less talent. In essence, that's coaching. IMO he also ranks at the top in all of CF. The guy is a winner. :xyzthumbs
