    Basanez didn't have a concussion. He had ligament damage for which he had to have surgery.

    no, and if you can't keep up with what's happening with a few injured players much less how to use the remaining players on the roster you should find another line of work.

    I've got a sneaking suspicion that they already know that Vinny will start this game, but they held him out more because of Matt Moore needing the reps, than Vinny being hurt.

    Let's face it, regardless of what we really know about Moore, we're bound to need him before this season is over. Vinny probably won't last, and playing Carr is a waste of time at this point, so they may as well do everything they can to bring the rookie along. What do they have to lose anyway? It's not like they're gonna go to the Super Bowl and beat the Patriots with any of these QB's.
