Video Console opinion

I have one of the old XBox 360s and it is obviously on it's last legs and having to use a converter to play on a HD television is less than ideal. XBox is coming out with a model called "One" in November. I only play occasionally and am not sure I want to drop down what I think will be high. They have a 4 gig model and then a 250 gig. If I don't want to do anything other than play games so I need the larger hard drive? I have a AT&T Uverse DVR and Netflix so I can't see needing to record something on the XBox. Opinions?

 

The 4GB should do if you can wait until external drive support is added.

I'm not huge on a lot of what the ONE is offering personally. I don't care how it connects with social media and they are forcing kinect bundles on everyone. Fuck that gimmicky shit.

 

They really are finding clever ways to rip people off while hiding behind the social media craze.

 

I've read within 18 months all new XBox games will only be for the XBox One.

Older consoles will be useless to the new games

If you just want to play games, it sounds like the new playstation is the way to go. What you should really do is wait half a year or a year before buying a next generation console. There's always bugs and glitches when a new model comes out.
