Took him an awful long time to figure this one out. Meanwhile all his buddies rolled on him.

The way Clayton was talking Vick was in denial up until the point Goodell told him to stay away from camp. Clayton said the Blank and Goodell were the ones that made the call to get him a lawyer because he (Vick) hadn't even made a call yet...

Yeah - I'm not giving him credit. He hung 8 dogs, and then when that didn't kill 3 of them, he crammed their heads into a 5 gallon bucket and drowned them.

Read that again - and then tell me that was the only time he'd ever done something like that.

And he only did it b/c his buddies flipped and he got pinched into a corner.

    Fuck him.

In hindsight, if he was smart, he would have come out first and rolled on his no-name buddies and saved his own ass.

not really surprising if you think about the Falcons wanting the ability to recover the signing bonus. If you think about it, Vick has been in breech of his contract since day one given the timeline of his involvement in the dogfighting ring. Wonder if they have grounds to go after the whole bonus given that fact?

First time I have heard this angle. I guess if he wasn't caught he wasn't in breach of contract.

LOL. I wonder if everyone here would be singing the same tune if it's Julio Peepers or Steve Smith in this predicament.

It depends on how bad he gets the shit sued out of him.

Damn, what a fucking waste of talent.
