    ATLANTA -- Atlanta Falcons defensive back DeAngelo Hall will not be cited after his pit bulls attacked a man while walking his dog. That attack happened Monday night along Stoney Field Place in Lawrenceville, after Hall left the dogs with his brother.

    Three pit bulls literally chewed through their fence to escape – you can see teeth marks in the wood.

    Tyrone Hall didn’t want to talk on camera about what happened – but did say he was keeping the dogs for his brother – Atlanta Falcons defensive back DeAngelo Hall.

    Tyrone just built a $4,000 fence to keep the dogs in – but they got out anyway and viciously attacked a man who lives in the neighborhood – seriously injuring him and one of his dogs as they walked down the street....http://www.wsbtv.com/news/9653722/detail.html

    Because he'll kill it. Atlanta Falcons defensive lineman Jonathan Babineaux was arrested earlier on charges of animal cruelty, and now the dog has died. Based on initial reports, he makes Ron Artest look like Ace Ventura. He's been arrested on charges of felony animal cruelty. From 11Alive.com:
    According to Cpl. Darren Moloney of the Gwinnett County Police Department, Babineaux's wife took a dog to an animal emergency center in Gwinnett County on Sunday. The dog later died and the subsequent investigation led to an arrest warrant for Babineaux. According to Moloney, investigators believe Babineaux "somehow had a direct hand in killing the animal."

    If he accepts that plea, I don't think that he is going to have a choice in the matter. He'd better come all the way clean or they would come after him again.
