...are going to be good once the kids grow up. I don't think their balls have dropped yet. They kind of look scared of grown-ups.

True, but I was thinking that more of Ginyard and Graves. Would like to see Ginyards minutes go down a bit and given to Strickland and Graves sitting on the bench.

I'm wondering why Thompson is taking any looks away from Davis. Davis reminds me of Marvin Williams, they should keep feeding him.

Yep. I bet Roy gets it figured out pretty quick. I'm thinking the Tarheels will be just fine this year.

Hopefully so, it's a deep team, but he does need to have the best players on the court and tighten the rotation down come ACC time. It is nice to see one of the freshmen making some nice progress this soon.

WHEW!!! My head spins when I have to say this.....UNC has a problem or two right now, but they rock with PURE talent. Roy is a mook, and always will be a mook to me, (NCSU fan comes out of me), but he damn sure knows what he's doing. Stomping off the court at half time, yelling up into the stands like a teenager, the 'ol I'm injured armsling. ...........Well thats the BS that might be banter to non tarheel fans, but its the very thing that these wet behind the ears kids grab hold of.
Roy ain't stupid, he knew what he was doing in the Pres. game. It wouldn't shake me if the whole fiasco was set up. Who gives a crap. Whats best for UNC is for that young running ass bunch to come together and beleive that they are the best team on the floor every night.

Strickland looked really good. So did Davis. Thompson is very solid.

Roy needs to learn how to call a fucking time out during runs.

I have to agree. The run Texas put on Carolina before the half dug a hole for the Heels. It was pretty much an even game until then. UNC's shot selection was awful the last 3 minutes of the first half.

yep, maybe a composed team wouldn't have thrown the ball away under their basket for an easy layup.
