Depending on which Eric Manning shows up for camp, he should stick...unless he doesn't?
He was so damn inconsistent, but when he was on he was DAMN good.

oooh . . . some good ones that I forgot about in MY list here McFly.
I seem to remember a couple of mocks that had Clifton Smith go in the third and even high second.
Korey Banks was chatted up a little here at one point as a possible mid round pick for us. He definitely would have been worth a look.
Rusheen Jones is a flashy exciting guy that I noticed too.
Speaking of flashy and exciting, how does Sultan McCollough go undrafted??? Didn't both Fox and Hurney say something about grabbing a WR/return man?! He must have gotten a ton of post draft calls and he's probably on his way to some speed team like St. Louis, Oakland or San Fran by now.

Enoch DeMar and Clifton Smith are two guys I'd REALLY like to see us get. DeMar has a great deal of potential and Smith should have been a first day pick, there were a lot of LB's of lesser talent drafted ahead of him.

I think he had those nasty 4.8something 40 times too and that = death if you are an NFL LB wanna be these days.
It sucks that you can kick all sorts of ass on a football field for 60 minutes of every game of your life and get eliminated from the NFL draft by the sweep hand of a damn stopwatch.

Early in the year, wasn't Pinkard ranked one of the top 5 TE's in college football?

Yup. Testing positive for marijuana on more than one occasion got him porked.
He'll have to keep smokin' the cheap weed now.)

    From the gbnreport.com -

    >>>"Atlanta reportedly has released TE Robert Johnson, one of the highest-rated undrafted free agents in the 2003 draft class, after the former Auburn star failed his physical prior to the weekend's mini-camp"<<<

Several here mentioned us picking up this blocking TE. Do any of you know what his deal is? Weight problem or medical? If it's weight maybe we should bring him in and see if he's shrinkableable.)

    >>>"The Packers added some useful depth to their offensive front signing Iowa OT David Porter"<<<

I remember someone here (who?) talking up Porter at one point. These Iowa linemen apparently have good reps. Speaking of which, do any of you have any info on our UFA center Zach Butler? Wasn't he Nelsons backup?

Failed the physical usually means he has an injury more serious than the team wants to deal with, or that the doctors flat won't clear him to play. I have not heard it mean weight. Soemtimes a player can fail a physical with one team but not with another.
