We're guessing. Speculating.

 

When I saw that we signed a RB, I assumed that it would be a big back. I thought maybe Stewart was worse than we thought. This guy looks more like D-Lite. I'll be interested to hear the reasoning.

 

does return. He looks like he never did at NW because he was a starter for four years.

 

I think it might just be a similar case like when we picked Conner or Kalil in the draft. We didn't need a player at those positions but you don't pass on talent.

Talent always finds a way on the field and if we get too much at one position we can always trade. Both players look to be guys with a lot of potential but got cut due to a numbers game, not their talent.

 

We're kind of paying for taking Connor over a DT now.

Would not surprise me in the least to hear J-Stew on the PUP list.
