    The lost locker room one is kind of interesting. I think the best NFL coaches (and college ones now that NIL is a thing) have started treating their players like independent contractors. I think that's also why there are so many assistants now compared to ten years ago. It a decentralized approach.


    The cuckolds who've been washed out of the league were still treating their team as one indivisible unit.




    Anyway, that was the insight I got from reading this book:

    He talks about how his career was being undermined towards the end of 2014. It's an amazing read as a Panthers fan.

    It's hilarious because it's actually like what we thought it was like. He was being treating like Harold from The Getaway.
