Toshiba Laptop Question

    Was told that the internet plg in port was bad. So we went to use wireless and it would not work also. Cannot get on internet. Need suggestions on how to fix.

    I had a toshiba notebook and the wireless card went to crapper on mine too. tried replacing the internal card, but the new one wouldnt work either, so I ended up just getting an external (PCI or Expresscard) card
