10 Prince - Purple Rain - On a side note, he is Prince again. He changed it back after settling with his record company over the product rights. I did like this album growing up, and Price is an underrated musician
9. INXS - New Sensation - I thought this alum had a cool sound. Sleek, yet edgy.
8. GnR - Attetite for Destruction - That was a pretty good album, particuarly when you consider how fucking big the Pop metal bands were.
7. King Crimson - Discipline - The best band nodody heard of. The perfect marraige of Fripp's choppy licks and Belew's trick and pony show.
6. Talking Heads - Remain in Light - A spooky, yet rhythmic album. Look where my hand was.
5. Red Hot Chili Peppers - Mothers Milk - Glad to say I caught this band on the way up.
intercourse with a porpoise
is a dream for me, hell bent on inventing a new species
4. X - Los Angeles - Maybe the best, and last real punk album ever
3. Police - Syncronicity - They broke up in their prime, just in time before Sting started to really suck.
2 Metallica - And Justice for All - Some like Master of Puppets better, but I think Justice showed some gumption. They created a loud piece of art. Precise time changes, epic songs that don't bore you.
1. Phish - Junta - So I'm biased. Sue me. YEM rocks.
