I actually think Wilson is held back a bit by a crappy offense. You should jump off the Golden Gate Bridge for comparing him to Alex Smith.

Wilson is a better QB, but Smith isn't too far behind. And BTW, the number don't lie:

    Wins
    Playoffs
    Completion %
    TD's
    Ints
    TD to INT ration
    Passing yards

The only thing missing is the ring and a similar supporting cast.

It's like you think Alex Smith's rookie year was 2011. Did you even watch the 49ers before then, or are you just another front-running ********** who jumped on the Harbaugh bandwagon. Alex Smith sucked ass before Harbaugh and GOT BENCHED IN 2012. He's nowhere near being in Russell Wilson's league.

I've been pretty clear about the last 40 games stat.

So you're just going to ignore everything that happened before one of the best coaches in football showed up? That's reasonable.

Pete Carroll and Marshawn Lynch have been in Seattle for four seasons, while OC Darrell Bevell has been there the last three. Russell Wilson has been there the last two.

    2010: 23rd in points, 28th in yards.
    2011: 23rd in points, 28th in yards.
    2012: 9th in points, 17th in yards.
    2013: 8th in points, 17th in yards.

Russell Wilson is a dynamic playmaker.

Alex Smith has been 22nd, 26th, 21st, 8th, and 22nd in ESPN's Total QBR over the last five seasons.

There's no way Big Red is a hardcore 49er fan who stuck it out through the Singletary/Nolan/Dennis Erickson years. He's a gay man who fell in love with Alex Smith in 2011.

Funny how these lists are quite different than fantasy football projections. Almost all that I've seen has Manning at the top...and Cam around #6. But...apples and oranges.

    The rest really don't matter.
