To Fix The team

1. Cut foster, get derrik Ward, or lammont jordan to back up D. Williams(should have tried to get greg jones from jax but?)
2. sign wr like jerry porter, or byrant johnson or really see how to get roy williams (maybe a hartwig, or lucas trade? a vet who's kinda old but good so we can see about ryne robinson and d. jarrett. and sign eddie drummond for special teams
3. cut carr (duh)
4. get a og in draft or try to sign ryan lija from indi or jake scott from indi
5. sign chris canty from dallas big rusher that is from carolina and would be awsome next to pep.
6. trade kemo or jenkins really doesn't matter
7. get a good free saftey or move r. marshall or gamble to saftey and get drayton florence.

Not bad suggestions. You hit on our basic needs:

Improve our running game
Find a compliment to Steve Smith in the passing game
Improve our pass rush
Improve our play at free safety

Those four things are key to fixing the team.
