I don't think Crayton was worth a 7 round pick. I like giving up 2nd round picks for players that never played the position.:54:

huh. Cool, I was just out in LA a few weeks ago. Crazy city. Got a kid now, and possibly a second one now.

It's ball season, and to each their own, but it might be worth suggesting that posting mostly about other people isn't more constructive. I dunno, I don't really care. It's just nice to come back to a board that's not dead as nails like it was a month ago.

yup . .. I would much rather have next years 2nd back for a 7th and Crayton. He would probably have worked well with Smitty, and in short order. It's quite possible that IF Edwards is ever close to being worth what was paid for him Smitty will be gone by then. I know that the word is that Edwards is supposed to be Smitty's eventual replacement but come on . . . the guy is just a small school scrambling QB right now. In all likelihood he will always only be a small school scrambling QB. Can't get over what a gamble this move was/is. For their lack of creativity on game day (and in preparation) Fox & Co sure can do some heavy dice rolling on draft days.

BTW - it's even more confounding when you think that Edwards would still probably have been there at least a full round later :stooges:

everyone that has a twitter account, ask @daringantt about a WR that's just cut. I mean, over and over. I think that guy's gonna pop a fucking blood vessel today and I feel good about my chances of getting his job.

Which, now that he's not at the Shelby Shopper anymore, is a cush job. Plus, Moose is gone, which makes things less awkward.

Crazy city indeed. Loved it while I was there, lived in NoHo, worked in the tough industry there for a bit...going back in a bit...love NC too, but it's not the same.

I do realize it's not entirely constructive giving other members shit, but I enjoy it too, so I figure....

I'm just ready for the season.

Have two kids, too. Magnificent creatures, eh? Yes...time flies. Good to hear you're doing well.

LMAO! Thank you for keeping me in check, B&B. You're right. Way too many for one post, man.

So should we just ignore Javon Walker? I'm sure we will...but if our defense is going to be as good as it looks like it can be, should we figure...let's make our run now?
