I have no idea. Bought 3/4" thick hardwood. Gotta be nailed down. Also need tile put down.

Companies are all over the place with installation. Tile? I've seen $2 - $5 a square foot. Hardwoods $1.25 - $3.5

    What's "normal."

don't know what a "good price" is. But I can tell you this, a great price would be 75 cents per square foot on the tile and 25 cents per square foot on the hardwood.

have you given any thought to linoleum squares embossed with faux woodgrain? a good price for that would be 50 cents per square foot for installation. a great price would be a half-penny per square centimeter.
