Not sure about that. But given his postseason play prior to yesterday, he was deserving of the credit. And now he deserves his share of blame for the loss.

Don't know if anyone has mentioned the hall of fame. Must have missed that one. He has, however, taken us to places we've never been before like 2 NFLCC games and to the SB once in three fucking years.

that's a lot more reasonable than going around talking about the HoF and pretending people put him on level with Brady.

I wasn't pretending anything. There were people comparing his 5-1 post season record to Brady's 10-1. That is a joke.

I was being facetious about the HoF. Way to take a joke.

It is just funny going back and reading the countless posts in multiple threads where everyone had Jake on a pedestal, now everyone is jumping ship and some even mentioned a QB controversy in camp. Please.

Typical Charlotte sports fans. The Panther home games will once again be half full next season until the soccer moms come out of the closet next december.

49erpi clearly has issues and seems to be a Patriots fan, but there were quite a few arguments about whether or not Delhomme is on the level of a Brady and there were people arguing that he was. I remember being apoplectic.

FWIW, I recall Richard Seymour complaining about how spoiled of bitches that Patriot fans have turned into.

Talking about his own fans. Damn.

I have always said Jake is a mediocre NFL QB at best...not changing my tune now...so don't try to call me fairweather. I LOVE the guy's attitude and leadership, but he is mediocre at best. Jake was terrible Sunday, but nobody else was much better. The team lost that game across the board. We got outclassed the same way we outclassed NY...they had something for everything we tried. Coaches lost, everybody lost (except Kasay...Kasay was perfect yesterday!!)

Back to Jake...if anyone wants to compare Jake to anybody else in the league, just ask yourself this; If a team offered a straight trade of Jake for (fill in the blank)...would you pull the trigger on the trade?
