cody. he's a fatass, but he could be a fatass like gilbert brown was, or maybe slightly like jenkins. he might still be around near our pick though. houston, from the other thread should be there.

as for wr prospects, tate. but i don't think he will still be in our neighborhood in the 2nd. the guy from citadel should be there and might be worthwhile.

Their game: trade next year's pick to make this year's team good enough to devalue the traded pick. Worked once.

I have a hunch he's gonna be more like a Gabe Watson kind of fatass than like a Grady Jackson/Gilbert Brown kind of fatass. And he's not even in the same ballpark as Jenkins.

    Jordan Shipley.

The Citadel guy is Andre Roberts and yes he looks like a good fit. And apparently Taylor Price has also caught the eye of our scouts. I just hope we dont reach for a WR in the 2nd round.

I've gotten pretty gun shy on WRs myself after the blunders we've had in the post-Smitty draft era.

Unless Golden Tate or Arrelous Benn fall to us, I would much rather have us draft a DE or DT like Brian Price, Cam Thomas, or Tyson Alualu.

WR's our only real, definitive need on O, anything else can be handled cheaply and quickly by a bargain vet in two months. And O is the issue right now - the D has been solid. I could make a case for a DT, and sure you can say we could go get Moose and draft a later round speedster, but we need that young guy to be good.

I agree that we have no damn WR on our team right now but Im affraid we will reach for someone like Gilyard or Tayloe Price & not take the best football player. If Price is there I think you have to take him, or even Dunlap since what we also need is a consistant pass rush w/Pppers gone.
