The shitty oline we thought we had at the start of the season has turned out to be worse even, it's just finally over the past 6 weeks been exposed for what it is.

All the 1's (especially inaccurate ones), 22's and 12's in the world are not gonna consistently win against good defenses without dominance up front every game.

You'd think the '15 season superbowl alone would have woke up the staff/coaches/gm, when he were roasted by exceptional rushers. And not just beat, but roasted.

Newton is the same inaccurate passer he's always been. Forget about % completions, that doesn't tell the story when it's all checkdowns, screen passes, rb wheel routes, etc. He can't hit anybody in stride actually running downfield. In fact he's not really good at hitting people running, in stride, more than 15 yds downfield. The have to be standing still wide open for him to hit them, if he doesn't overthrow them.

Under pressure he sucks terribly in passing/decision making.

He does run well, and gets away from rusher great, which helps when he has a shitty line anyway. That many times makes up for the other faults.

With shitty olines like we've had and ignored for years, we'll never be consistently good.

I really don't know, beside the great def play, how the offense did what it did in the '15 season. Think if we had 22 then.

We're gonna wear that fucker out before we can somehow put together a solid, consistent offense.

Without 22 right now, we'd really suck on offense.

The defense is really lacking in pass rush. That would make up for a few weak links in the secondary. It also doesn't help when the o turns the ball over, goes 3 and out, etc.
