The official Dook conspiracy thread

1) According to afternoon sports radio, Dook was +95 in free throw attempts in their first 9 ACC games this year. After the FSU debacle in which Dook shot 43 free throws to FSU's 11, their margin was -5 over their final 7 games.

Seems to me that the refs would have just kept calling in Dook's favor until they were called on it....good thing someone pointed out this major advantage. It's nice that they actually had to play 1/2 of their season without the 8 on 5 advantage.

2) Think it's strange that the Heels were shipped to Dayton, when all other #3 seeds were kept close to home? Word on the street is that K used his influence to get the Heels shipped to Ohio. Seems he was very displeased with his team being jeered by the UNC fans in Charlotte last year.....and was worried the same would happen in Greensboro this year.

 

i also read somewhere that dean smith used his huge fucking schnoz to blow snot into chris webbers ears stopping him from hearing that michigan didn't have another time out. he also used this same tactic to blind freddie brown so that brown would throw the ball to james worthy.

yet another article i read is that last year against illinois, roy williams kept yelling "i don't give a shit about carolina" so much that illinois players suddenly stopped caring that they were in a game and let carolina win.

crazy stuff i tell ya.

dook is 100% gay.

 

I was looking at the free throw difference, and Duke has a lot of foul shots, but the difference in actual fouls isn't that much. Could be cause Duke gets fouled more when they shoot than the other team cause the foul difference between Duke and BC was a pretty big margin, but the actual number of fouls wasn't as big.
