I haven't read did he get charged for this? Outcome? Did she sue?

 

He received probation. The civil case is currently in litigation.

 

Was the guy actually gay, or was he being a faggot? Because there's a difference.

 

Actually gay. The part that bothers me besides him savagely breaking her jaw is that he followed them into the restaurant. It proves that he wasn't just reacting to being pushed or slapped, he's a fucking asshole who wants to pick on women and gay dudes. Altercations on the street happen at that time of night, but following someone into a business after they have attempted to separate from you demonstrates intent to instigate. There's a guy who claims that Mixon was violent with his daughter in high school too and that the school covered it up, but I have no idea if there's any truth to that.

 

I definitely wouldn't describe his behavior as kosher.

 

I read of 2 other incidents with him, one an on field fight with an opponent. Definitely has anger issues. What was equally troubling was a large number of comments said it was self defense on his part and she should have been arrested.

 

I'm actually becoming just a bit skeptical of him as a player, after really getting in there and watching him. He's very good and would be a good fit here, but he gets caught from behind more often than I'd like to see. His effort seems questionable at times. I'm not sure truly worth the headache and PR backlash.
