First thought might turn to Manning right, well lets look at good old McNabb. Lost 3 straight NFC Title games and now one Superbowl. If Brady is getting all this pub from winning the big ones, and thus making him one of the greats then doesn't number 5 need some heat for losing them all. But yet you never hear his name mentioned.

Did he choke, maybe. Largest choke ever? How about a 15-1 team, first ever in the AFC loosing at home. I'd say thats a bigger choke than McRibb. I didnt get to watch the game except for the last 6 or 7 minutes and it was 24-14 then Ribb threw that great TD pass. From that moment on my thoughts were that he looked like he was pressing, but I couldnt comment on the rest of the game.

Oh and as far as Chokes, I am a Chiefs fan so don't talk to me about all time Choke jobs we own that record for choking although Pittsburgh's choke this year certainly ranks high.

The Eagles remind me of the Denver teams of the 80s.

And that was hardly the biggest choke job, though. He was off, but it was a competitive game still.

I would put the loss more on Reid for not getting them in a no huddle. Didn't lose the game, but assured they would not win.

Worse choke jobs? How about Fran Tarkenton. How many times did the Vikings have the best regular season record in the 70s? Nearly every year. But never a world champ.

Or Kelley. Cowboy DBs are going to be picking him off every night for the rest of his life.

..which brings to mind the question, is it best:

    1) to go to the NFC Championship Game 1 time in the last 4 years, win the NFC Championship 1 time in those 4 years, go to and loose the Super Bowl 1 time in 4 years.
    or
    2) to go to the NFC Championship Game 4 times in the last 4 years, win the NFC Championship 1 time in those 4 years, go to and loose the Super Bowl 1 time in 4 years?

And didn't McNabb have like the 3rd most passing yards in Super Bowl history?

That was big. One other beef I have is I felt that Johnson stayed with the blitzes way too long once the Pats figured them out. Screen passes were held in check in the first half, but not in the second. I don't know if that's on Reid or Johnson.
