    Walking across the street to BOA Thursday I saw Jerry Richardson in a golf cart with a security guard. He was parked with his arm around another female security guard just hanging and talking. It was crazy he was right in front of the Stadium with everyone walking across the intersection just a few feet away and no one seemed to notice him. It's also strange seeing him with his arm around the waist of a female cop, assuredly getting John Fox's sloppy seconds.
