    Dwight Freeney and Peps were in the same draft class....thats a pretty good DE class I'd say.

    I thought Pep played well all year, even when we were losing games early. And I think he's gonna be even more of a badass in '05.

    I agree, I think the entire team was in shock from all the injuries, once those slowed down a bit and they knew who was playing each week, the team got better.

    Seems like the team overall got better. I can't put it on one guy and say he wasn't coming to play. It's possible to work hard every play and not have the killer instinct, and I have to wonder why we have so many lengthy lapses under a team that'll fight for their coach the way they fight for Fox. I could push that it's scheme, and be partly right, but it's like the team does actually get down.

    Three is the magic number

    Got to find a way to get off the field on third down, Mags. Can't explain it, but it seems the Panthers have far too many "freezeups" on third after making a couple of brilliant early plays during a series. :huh:
