Would a salary cap make any difference than a luxury tax? I hope they all get injured and the Yanks miss the playoffs, again.

The four biggest contracts in baseball history now all with the Yankees. AROD, Jeter, CC, and Tex. Let's hope they discover the new stadium was built on mud and it starts sinking around the all star break.

I think I read that the Yanks spent almost a quarter of a billion dollars in signing AJ and CC. Couple that with Teixiera's 180 million!?

You knew the Yankees would go shopping what with the contracts of Petitte, Giambi and Moose coming off but damn this is crazy.

Your tax money went directly to Texiera and Sebathia.

How do you guys feel about that? As baseball fans, directly supporting the Yankees as a taxpayer who bailed out Citigroup, the main sponsor on the new $1.3 bil Yankee Stadium?

    Does that feel good?
